Typical Parallel Bank of Air Separation Membranes

Custom-designed on-site gaseous nitrogen systems are available from 10 scfh to over 100,000 scfh, utilizing either Membrane or Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. These systems deliver product nitrogen at less than cryogenic nitrogen purities, with a wide range of systems available to deliver N₂ from 95%, or less, up to 99.9% or better, without de-oxos. 

Oxygen systems from 25 scfh to tonnage size plants can be also be provided, based on PSA or Vacuum Swing Adsorption (VSA) technologies. Again, these purities are less than cryogenically- produced purities, with best purities about 99% for small two-stage PSAs, and 90-94% for larger single stage PSAs or VSAs.
